Introduction. Pra Jain is an Accredited Business Broker and has over 30 years of wide ranging business, commercial and professional experience in New Zealand and UK. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree with Honours as well as a Masters degree in Engineering and Business Management.
Experience. Having owned his own business in NZ and worked in many other countries such as England, Australia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. His experience expands into Construction/Contracting, Plastics, Chemical, Food and Paper related industries with small to large multinationals such as Vickers Armstrong, Union Carbide, K F C, NZ Milk Corp and Auckland Gas. Pra’s experience in sales/marketing and negotiations spans from very small (NZ $25k) to very large (US $75mil) businesses, in a wide market sectors including Manufacturing/Engineering, Childcare Centres, Petrol Service Stations, NZ Post/Kiwi Bank, Import/Distribution and Transport industry (small 1 man business to 45 fleet business). Pra has sold hundreds of Franchised and Non-Franchised businesses over 2 decades.
